With a PhD in animal nutrition, Jerzy advises on feed formulation and has authored veterinary programmes that reduce antibiotics and zinc oxide in feed. He has created early weaning programmes for high-production farms and continuously customises nutrition plans for swine of various genetics. Passionate about human and animal nutrition, Jerzy finds inspiration in nature, which guides us towards balanced solutions.
Martyna holds a PhD in animal nutrition and works as a nutrition consultant. She authors research papers, popular science articles, and educational materials. As a laboratory analyst, she specialises in in vitro digestibility and rumen degradability. Martyna lectures on animal nutrition and feed science and conducts over 30 trials annually. With expertise in animal nutrition, and veterinary science, she also analyses the chemical composition of feed.
